Auckland Secondary Schools Championship

The Auckland Secondary Schools lacrosse tournament was held on the 10th of August in conjunction with ASB College Sport. Held at Parrs Park in Henderson on a sunny friday, thirteen schools took part - two of them travelling down from Northland! Avondale College 1, winners of the schools league, took out Division One of the Auckland competition while St Dominic's won Division Two. Whangarei Girls High beat Avondale in a close game (winning 6-5) to win the national title.
