New Zealand U18 Development teams have competed at Australian State National Championships, most recently in 2025. Two Teams, NZ Toa (Waikato based players) and NZ Ahi (Auckland based players) competed, with NZ Toa placing third in Division 1 of the Championship and Ahi placing first in Division 2.
