The NZWLA is pleased to announce that it has accepted an invitation to participate in The World Games 2021 – Birmingham which takes place from 15 – 25 July 2021.
This tournament will play the new 6s format of lacrosse and is another big step forward for lacrosse’s inclusion in the Olympic Games and our invitation as a top 8 world ranked team is another great sign of things to come.
As discussed at the NZBLAX Foundation Weekend, the build-up to this tournament will form part of the NZBLAX 2021 World Cup programme.
